Terms Of Service

We strive to be more than expected with lawn care providers. We show you tips and tricks that you, the homeowner, can do to keep the lawn healthy. We give you product/service recommendations we can do to help out as well. Below are our Terms of Service for you to read so you may understand everything you need about our services.

PRICING: All mowing prices are per service. All fertilizer prices are per service. All mulch installation, shrub trimming, etc. prices are good for 2 weeks. After that, the price is subject to change. If you accept a quote, and we can't get you on the schedule for more than 2 weeks, the price will NOT change.

PET WASTE POLICY: Please clean lawn of pet waste. This can spread disease to other clients' animals by getting on our equipment and boots, and is just unsettling for our crews. Excess pet waste may result in a $25 fee PER SERVICE.

CLIENT CANCELLATION: Clients may cancel any service as long as it is cancelled at least the day before the scheduled date. Mowing service can be cancelled the day of as long as we have not serviced your property. Landscaping projects without a deposit can cancel with the same terms, but will be charged for any materials needed for the job. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: All mowing services will have a selected day of the week to come either weekly or bi-weekly. Scheduled day may change due to inclement weather to make up for missed service. We will always notify you when this happens. Please make sure that animals are put up and gates are unlocked on the new day.

MOWING SERVICE: Each mowing service includes mowing all turf areas our mowers can reach, trimming all turf areas our mowers can't reach as well as along flowerbeds, tree beds, along the home, and fenceline, edging along sidewalks and driveways with a metal blade edger as needed, and blowing off all clippings on hard surfaces back into the lawn. Mowing services are weekly or bi-weekly ONLY. This is best for the lawn and our schedule. Please clean the lawn of toys, chairs, etc.

before we service the lawn. We are not responsible for any objects hit with mower. Please have all animals inside while we are servicing the lawn.

FERTILIZER APPLICATIONS: Each fertilizer application includes applying fertilizer appropriate for the time of year we are currently in, in all turf areas we can reach with our commercial broadcast spreader. Any turf areas that can't be reached will be applied with a hand spreader. After each service, you will be notified that service is complete, letting you know to water in the product and keep any people or pets out of lawn until fully dry. All fertilizer applications will have varying results based on other best practices such as mowing height and frequency, watering frequency, etc.

LANDSCAPING PROJECTS: Each landscaping project will be completed to the estimate's written agreement. Any areas specifically needed to be left alone, or have work done, will be stated in estimates.
